In order for a prospective scholar to be considered for admission, the following steps should be completed:
STEPS TO HERITAGE PREP
1) Complete Application
Complete the new scholar application. A separate application is required for each scholar.
2) Application Fee
Payable through your account in GradeLink; $150 for the first scholar and $50 for each additional scholar. This fee is non-refundable.
3) Supplemental Documents
Submit the following documents within your account in Gradelink: Birth Certificate, Current Immunization Record, Most Recent Report Card, Standardized Test Scores (if applicable), Custody/Court Documentation (if applicable).
- Assessment Testing
Will be scheduled once Steps 1-3 have been completed. Assessment testing provides baseline for class placement, educational planning, and for charting student growth.
SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Heritage Preparatory School is not currently accepting or servicing new students requiring special education services (ie. 504/IEP accommodation plans). Falsification or omission of special education services will result in an automatic denial or admission or an automatic withdrawal from enrollment.
