STEPS TO HERITAGE PREP

In order for a prospective scholar to be considered for admission, the following steps should be completed:

1) Complete Application

Complete the new scholar application. A separate application is required for each scholar.

2) Non-refundable Application Fee

Payable through PaySimple, found on EnrollMe link; $150 for the first scholar and $50 for each additional scholar.

3) Supplemental Documents

Submit the following documents to the EnrollMe link: Birth Certificate, Current Immunization Record, Most Recent Report Card, Standardized Test Scores (if applicable), Custody/Court Documentation (if applicable).

  • Assessment Testing

Will be scheduled once Steps 1-3 have been completed. Assessment testing provides baseline for class placement, educational planning, and for charting student growth.

  • Family Interview

Will be scheduled once assessment testing has been completed.

  • Admissions Decision

All families are notified via email within five business days after the family interview as to an acceptance or denial of admission. All admissions are at the digression of Head of School and all decisions are final.

SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Heritage Preparatory School is not currently accepting or servicing new students requiring special education services (ie. 504/IEP accommodation plans). Falsification or omission of special education services will result in an automatic denial or admission or an automatic withdrawal from enrollment.
