Heritage Preparatory School (HPS), founded in 2021, was birthed out of the need for a Christ-centered educational facility in Houston, Texas. Heritage Preparatory School’s purpose is to equip our scholars with academic excellence, create disciples with a biblical world view, and empower scholars’ to be the leaders of tomorrow, today.

Our desire is to educate scholars in a classical educational setting. Here we develop a diverse student body academically, spiritually, emotionally, morally, socially and physically through the power of God and our highly trained, Spirit-filled faculty and staff. Each scholar is instructed in a full range of academics, including the core courses of language, literature, writing, math, science, and history as well as the enrichment studies of physical education, music, and art.

Achieving academic excellence is an important aspect of education for your scholar and Heritage Preparatory School offers your scholar that opportunity, however the most important part of a scholar’s education at HPS is our emphasis on maintaining a Christ-centered culture and atmosphere. Our Christian emphasis and chapel services set Heritage Prep apart from many other schools in the Houston area. All of our curricula is academically rigorous, but presented through the lens of Scripture. Our student body is made up of different area churches and we encourage each student to live out a life of discipleship.
